FASA Event Hosting Guidelines All Bracket Scores MUST be online All events must be closed out the Monday following the event by 11:59 PM

You must agree to these terms to host FASA Events

1) Event Host must use FASA Website! 2) All Teams must be registered with FASA. 3) All Teams must be listed on the FASA website if planning to play in the tournament. 4) Event Host agrees to use only FASA registered Umpires & FASA UIC. 5) No fake or ghost teams are allowed. 6) No hidden list of teams is allowed! 7) FASA pool schedule and bracket schedules must be used on the FASA Website. 8) All bracket game scores MUST to be updated online each round of bracket play. 9) After the tournament is completed you must close your tournament, with all bracket game scores out BY 11:59 PM Monday by placing the teams listed. Examples 1st 2nd 3rd 4th 5th 6th 7th DNP (did not place). 10) I agree to run a background check on myself and get a copy of it to the FASA National Office. 11) I agree to play in 5 FASA Events and the FASA State Tournament in my local State. 12) If this is an organization ran event, I agree to have organization teams play in 9 events and 3 teams registered to play in the FASA State Tournament in my local State. 13) If these requirements are not fulfilled, I understand that FASA will not allow me to host events in the future.
