April Showdown NIT Double Point Event Tournament Rules / Notes

Turf fields ~ No Metal cleats allowed
Make sure to bring out Your METALS AND TURF Shoes 
Some games will be played on turf and some on dirt fields 
There is a RV park right across the road from the ballpark

1ST THUR 4TH PLACE WINS PAID BERTH TO NATIONALS PORTLAND TX OR GALVESTON TX WINNERS MOST US THE PAID BERTH WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM WINNING BERTH. SAVE $400

Tournament Fee is $200

65 minute Pool and 75 Minute Bracket
Pap is $45

Individual Awards 1st and 2nd Place

Three coaches and players in uniform get in free

Please make sure your roster/pickup players are listed on the FASA Website 1 day before tournament begins 
Make sure you have a copy of your players birth certificate with you in case of an age protest

Run rule is 8 6 5 after 3rd  4th  5th inning

Be at your field 15 minutes early ready to play ball

Please help us stay on time

Team supply game balls and ALL BALLS go through the Umpire before going on to field

Each team is responsible for having team insurance
