WARM-UP SCRIMMAGE GAMES DURING UMPIRE CLINIC - FREE - NO ENTRY FEE OR UMPIRE FEES

TEAMS CAN PLAY FROM 1-4 GAMES PER DAY - WHEN YOU REGISTER, TEXT THE NUMBER OF GAMES YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR TEAM TO PLAY (SPECIFY IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PLAY ON SATURDAY OR  SUNDAY OR BOTH) TO  985-951-0268

Bring to Check-in prior to your first game:
Copy of Insurance Certificate

Scrimmage games are 55 minutes  finish the batter

Umpires will collect line-ups for all games (Pool & Bracket Games)

GATE FEES:  Adults $8 Kids (7-16) $4- Kids 6 & Under FREE) - PLAYERS & UP TO 3 COACHES ARE FREE

COACHES AND PARENTS - PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION BELOW (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

We will follow all local, state and federal guidelines and use common sense in practicing social distancing - KEEP 6  FEET FROM OTHERS NOT IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD

Anyone vulnerable to illness should stay safe by staying home 
Anyone showing signs of illness must stay home to keep others safe

Everyone is encouraged to bring their own personal hand sanitizer and face mask 
There will be no bleacher seating  so spectators should bring their own chair

TEAMS ARE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN   
BALLS
CLEANER TO SANITIZE THE BALL THROUGHOUT THE GAME AND DUGOUTS BEFORE AND AFTER EACH GAME
PERSONAL WATER COOLERS FOR PLAYERS AND COACHES - NO SHARED COOLERS

1 COACH FROM EACH TEAM ONLY AT THE PRE-GAME MEETING

ALL DEFENSIVE COACHES WILL THROW BALLS IN AND OUT TO PREVENT TOO MANY PEOPLE FROM TOUCHING THE BALL   SANITIZING THE BALL THROUGHOUT THE GAME

IN ORDER TO SOCIAL DISTANCE  WE ARE UNABLE TO GATHER FOR PRAYER OR LINE UP TO SHAKE HANDS OR HIGH FIVE

CONCESSIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE  SO NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED IN THE PARKS
