GAME FORMAT
4GG
2 POOL
DOUBLE ELIMINATION 
5 RUNS PER HALF INNING
RUN RULES - 12 after 2. 10 after 3. 8 after 4

TIME LIMITS
Pool Play - 55 Minutes Drop Dead
Bracket - 60 Minutes finish the inning or 5 innings - High Seed Home

Rings for 1st and 2nd

TOURNAMENT FEES 
6u/7u- $100
8u/9u- $150
10u/up- $250
These are due at the latest by 12:00pm (Noon) Wednesday of the tournament week  
Unpaid teams will be dropped at that time if no prior arrangements have been made

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES
These will be out no later then Thursday at 5pm  These are distributed through the FASA automated system  Please make sure you have your correct information in the system  You can also get the schedule by going to WWW PLAYFASA COM Clicking on the tournament  On the left side you will see the age groups listed in blue  Click on the appropriate age to view the schedule

REFUNDS
No refunds after Wednesday at 12:00pm (Noon) for any reason other then a Rain out  
In the event of a rainout refunds are issued as followed  
RAIN OUTS:  
Start 0 games = full refund
Start 1 game = 50% refund 
Start 2 games = no refund

Rosters must be entered on the PLAYFASA website BY 10AM on the Friday of each tournament week 
FASA allows up to 3 pickup Players  - These MUST be added to the roster as well by 10AM Friday of the tournament week

GATE FEES AND COACHES PASSES
Teams will only be given 2 coaches passes
Gate Fees for spectators
$10 18 and UP
$5 17 AND YOUNGER
1 COOLER PER TEAM
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS
NO PETS

Game Balls Must be 47 COR 375 COMPRESSION (ASA  USA  USSSA  NFHS) Fastpitch stamped- NO Slowpitch Balls NO altered Balls
