SETX SUMMER SHOWCASE
4 gg       16u and 18u divisions 
3 - 80 minute Finish the Batter Showcase games
Single elimination 80 minute finish the inning bracket games
$60 PAP 
$695 Tournament Fee 
Daily Gate Fee is $10
There will be a camp on Friday at 6pm
Camp Fee is $125
WALKUPS WILL BE $150 IF THERE IS AVAILABILITY 
CONSIDERED A WALKUP AFTER THURSDAY  JUNE 19TH 2025

There will be 12 coaches on site and all games will be played at McCLEOD SPORTS COMPLEX 
1st/2nd place teams will receive dry fit shirts

Deadline for payment is Friday  May 30TH  2025
Schedule will be out on June 17 2025

REFUND POLICY:
Teams may receive a full refund if requested 15 days or more before event start date 
No refunds will be issued during the 2 weeks before event start date

WEATHER/ACT OF GOD REFUND POLICY
If the entire event is lost due to weather or any Act of God =
The entry fee will be refunded via check minus a 20% administration fee
